How do I know which size to order?
You can find our full size guide online here. If you are unsure, please contact us at info@vivthelabel.com.au. We want to ensure you get the perfect fit every time!
Do you have a physical store?
Not currently. However, we have made delivery and returns free of charge so that you can try our pieces on and send them back if they are not your fit or style.
We plan to open pop-up stores in the near future. Don't forget to subscribe at the bottom of the page to be the first to hear when we do.

What locations do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand but we plan to add more locations in the future.
Please email info@vivthelabel.com.au if you are not based in Australia or New Zealand and would like to purchase something. Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How much does shipping cost?
We are so excited to share our products with you that we offer free shipping on all orders above $150 within Australia and New Zealand!

How long does delivery take?
Most orders should arrive between 3-5 business days of placing the order. Please let us know if you have not received your order by contacting us at info@vivthelabel.com.au.
Can I return my item?
We want to make sure you get the perfect style and fit every time. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it to us free of charge within Australia and New Zealand. You have 14 days after receiving your item to lodge your return and it must meet the eligibility criteria specified below. Once you lodge your return (see instructions below), we will send you a shipping label which you can attach to your parcel to return your item/s free of charge.
If we have accepted an international order, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return.
Please note items marked ‘final sale’ are unable to be returned.
Is my return eligible for a refund or store credit?
To be eligible for a refund or store credit, all items must be in original condition,
unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached.
Full price items are eligible for a full refund.
Sale items are able to be returned for store credit only, which will be valid for two years from the date of return.
Items marked ‘final sale’ are unable to be returned.
How do I make a return?
You have 14 days after receiving your item to lodge your return.
To lodge a return please sign in to your account, select 'Orders', click on the relevant items and follow the instructions.
Once your return request has been received and accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a shipping label which you can attach to your parcel. Please note, this is not an automated process so it may take up to 24 hours to receive a reply.
Please ensure that you take care to protect the garment when repacking them for postage. If garments arrive damaged or otherwise not in their original condition, they will not be eligible for return (whether refund or store credit).
How long will my return and refund take?
Returns will take a maximum of 14 days to be processed for a refund or store credit. Once this has been done, you’ll receive a return confirmation email to let you know. If you haven’t received confirmation after 14 days, please contact us at info@vivthelabel.com.au.
What do I do if my item is faulty?
We personally check all items before we send them out to ensure they meet our very high standards. However, if you do notice a fault please immediately take a photo and send us an email with the details of the fault to info@vivthelabel.com.au. We offer full refunds (to the original method of payment) for items that are faulty, whether full price or sale.
Where are VIV THE LABEL products made?
All of our clothes are designed and made in Melbourne, Australia, with the exception of our knitwear. Our knitwear is designed in France and made by a specialised knitwear manufacturer in China.
How should I care for my garment?
Please see the care label on the garment for washing instructions. You can also contact our team with any specific questions at anytime by emailing info@vivthelabel.com.au.
If I apply a promotional code to my full price item, can I still return for a refund?
If you have purchased a full price item with a promotional code, it is still classified as
a full price item and is eligible for a refund or credit to the original form of payment to the value of which it was placed.
How long is my store credit valid for?
Store credit will be valid for two years from the date of return. The exact date will be specified on your credit note.
How do I use my store credit?
There will be an option to apply credit at checkout. Please use the code on your credit note.
How do I delete my account?
We will only keep your data as long as you are an active customer. However, if you wish to delete your account or revoke consent, please contact info@vivthelabel.com.au.
