Shipping for all orders within Australia over $150 is FREE!

We aim to have your order to you within 3-5 business days but may take more time in remote areas. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.

NEW ZEALAND

Shipping for all orders to New Zealand over $150 is FREE!

Parcels take approximately 10 business days to reach New Zealand and may be subject to import taxes or duties. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only but we plan to add more locations in the future. Please subscribe at the bottom of the page to be the first to hear about new shipping locations. 

If you are not based in Australia or New Zealand and would like to purchase something, please email info@vivthelabel.com.au. Where possible, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We update our site’s product availability daily. However, if by chance your item is out of stock we will contact you with other options. If not, we will give you a refund immediately.
